1. The moratorium on new term proposals is coming to an end. Our announcement stated "If additional time is needed, the current editor will petition the Bibliographic Standards Committee for an extension." Discuss.

2. OCLC Terminologies (http://www.oclc.org/terminologies). We had decided to put off submitting Genre Terms until we had completed our project to add scope notes to identified terms. As the project will not reach completion anytime soon, should we send the terms as they stand?

3. Relator terms. Please review the entire spreadsheet prior to the meeting.

Outstanding problems/questions:

Draftsman: Can a draftsman be anything but an individual? Should we stick with "person" for this one? Current draft: "Use for the entity responsible for executing artistic or technical drawings."

Printer of plates: Use for the printer of illustrations from plates [or] Use for the entity who creates a print from a relief, intaglio, or planographic printing surface.

Woodcutter: Use for the entity responsible for making prints [vs. a printing surface?] by cutting the image in relief on the plank side of a wood block.

4. TemaTres. Determine methodology for populating the integrated thesaurus: mass import or piecemeal entry? It is not clear that we can do a mass import at this time, but our determination that it is desirable would make its investigation a priority.

5. Review feedback on draft scope notes from digress.it blog (http://rbms.info/digress/genrescopenotes/).
