I did notice a small detail while I was compiling the list. Should there be a comma after "and" in a term. For example, Fakery, falsification, imitation, and copying (Gathering term) has the comma while Editions, issues and states (Gathering term) does not.

DCRM uses the Chicago Manual of Style, and Chicago says to use the serial comma, so I vote "yes" there should be a comma.

I think RBMS uses The Chicago Manual of Style, in which case yes, there would be a serial comma before the "and" in Editions, issues, and states.
